Your Responsibilities As a machine operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and making minor adjustments to production equipment. You ensure that production runs according to plan and that manufactured products maintain high quality through continuous checks and documentation. You will also participate in material handling and improvement work, and contribute to safe and efficient production. The position involves shift work, and you therefore need to be flexible for 3- or 5-shift schedules. Your Background/Your Qualities We are looking for someone with upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, and experience from industry or similar production. If you have previously worked as a machine operator, that is a merit. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a technical interest. You thrive in an environment where quality and structure are important and work well with others. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
