About the Position As a machine operator, you will monitor machines and work with the manufacturing of products according to specifications, ensuring that high quality is maintained through careful inspections. You will be responsible for following safety regulations, handling machines and tools, and reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement work to optimize the production process for our clients. About You – Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with completed approved industrial technical education, or other industrial education deemed equivalent. Experience from several years of work in the manufacturing industry is a requirement, preferably as a machine operator. You must be able to handle various tools, have knowledge of troubleshooting, and have good machine knowledge. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous if you have experience working as a machine operator, with CNC machines, other advanced production equipment, and troubleshooting. Experience working in a team and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments are highly valued.
