About the Position As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring the work of CNC machines and ensuring that production meets specified dimensions and quality requirements. This assignment is part of our staffing operations, which means you will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client in Eksjö. The assignment is long-term, and the goal is that you will eventually be offered direct employment with the client company. Start date by agreement Fixed-term employment – full-time Work schedule: 3-shift (morning, night, afternoon) About You To fit this role, it is very important that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with great responsibility, handle your work with efficiency, and be practically minded with the ability to work both independently and in a group. You should also have good physical fitness. The work involves shift work, so you need to be a flexible person able to work nights, days, and evenings.
