Does this sound appealing? Then we look forward to your application! About the role As Market Manager, you have overall responsibility for the business connected to your team. You drive the work forward with a focus on long-term growth, profitability, and strong relationships. You are a natural bridge between customer and organization and move seamlessly between conversations with development engineers, procurement, and production. Deals are often complex and project-based, where success depends on you understanding the customer's needs—not just today, but several steps ahead. The role also involves responsibility for developing work methods, team, and structure within the marketing function, where you contribute both operatively and strategically. In the role you will, among other things: Contribute to setting and implementing market and growth strategy Work actively with forecasts, budgets, and monitoring of profitability Coach and develop parts of the team and contribute to an efficient and business-driven way of working Responsibility for and develop relationships with some of the company's largest and most complex customers Work with priorities related to risk, customer mix, and business focus In the role, you become a strategic partner to customers, where your ability to understand their business and development plans makes a real difference. By being present early in the process and contributing both technical understanding and business perspective, you help create the conditions for successful products, stronger competitiveness, and long-term partnerships. About you A background from manufacturing industry and experience driving complex deals is central to succeeding in the role. Experience from a Key Account Manager role or similar business-driving position is therefore highly relevant. The role suits someone who builds relationships over time and has the ability to create trust at multiple levels with the customer—from operational contacts to decision-makers. You are curious and engaged in the customer's business and are driven by understanding how you can contribute to their development. Good technical understanding is important, as is the ability to conduct qualified conversations with development engineers. Experience from the electronics industry or EMS is particularly valued, as it provides the right conditions to quickly build trust and understand the business logic. As a person, we think you have a clear commercial mindset and a natural sense of responsibility in your way of working. You are used to working with forecasts, profitability, and priorities, and have the ability to balance growth with risk and long-term thinking. At the same time, you are unpretentious and comfortable in an environment where collaboration is crucial. You have an easy time navigating between different functions internally and get things done by creating engagement and direction.
