We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer living in Genarp. About the Job as a Personal Assistant As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, and your main tasks involve assisting the customer so they have the opportunity to live the life they wish. Duties Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training about the role of personal assistant. A Class B driver's license is required as you must be able to drive the customer's car. About the Position The employment is for a fixed term for as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and compensation is hourly wage. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends. Salary and other employment terms follow the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
