Ockelbogårdar is now seeking a dedicated and meticulous painter who wants to play a central role in managing our property portfolio. The company's office is located in modern, pleasant premises right next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car. As a painter at Ockelbogårdar, you will be a key player within our property department. Your daily work is characterized by variety as you perform both interior and exterior painting work as well as wallpapering. Beyond the actual work execution, you are responsible for handling maintenance requests, addressing inspection remarks, and planning initiatives in consultation with contractors, colleagues, and our tenants.
