Ockelbogårdar is now seeking a dedicated and meticulous painter who wants to play a central role in managing our property portfolio. As part of our team, you will work to create good residential environments with a focus on quality and long-term value. The company office is located in modern, comfortable premises just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car. As a painter at Ockelbogårdar, you will be a key player in our property management department. Your daily work is characterized by variety as you perform both interior and exterior painting work as well as wallpapering. Beyond the execution of work itself, you are responsible for handling defect reports, addressing inspection remarks, and planning interventions in consultation with contractors, colleagues, and our tenants. Responsibilities In your role as a painter, you will have the following responsibilities: • Perform various types of painting, interior and exterior, as well as wallpapering • Handle defect reports for the area • Address inspection remarks related to the area • Plan and coordinate work with contractors, tenants, and colleagues Qualifications We are looking for someone with a professional foundation who is comfortable taking responsibility for your own work: High school diploma in a relevant field Training certificate in the painter profession or equivalent documented education Multiple years of documented professional experience Good computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Class B driver's license About the Company Ockelbogårdar AB Ockelbogårdar AB is a non-profit housing company with the mission to provide good housing at reasonable prices.
