You have a positive attitude, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy finding solutions when challenges arise. You thrive in a team but are also comfortable taking your own initiative. If you have previous experience in industry, production, or assembly, that's a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. For this role, you need to be fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, have a driver's license and access to a car, and be comfortable using tools. Experience in assembly or industrial work is a merit.
