About the Position We are now seeking an air heat pump technician/refrigeration technician for varied and technical work in installation and assembly. Montico is handling this recruitment for P&V Ventilation, and this is a permanent full-time position working daytime hours. In your role as a heat pump technician/refrigeration technician, you will work with the installation, assembly, and commissioning of air heat pumps and cooling units connected to the company's ventilation solutions. The work is both practical and customer-focused, where you become an important part in delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable installations with high quality. Job Description In this position, you are responsible for installation, connection, and commissioning of air heat pumps and cooling units, primarily in connection with installed ventilation units. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, where accuracy and technical understanding are crucial to the final result. Your tasks will include: Assembly and installation of air heat pumps Installation of cooling units for ventilation units Commissioning and function checks Troubleshooting and basic service as needed Documentation of completed work Customer contact on site We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone with technical interest who enjoys practical work where quality and safety are in focus. You are thorough, responsible, and work well with others, while also being able to work independently. We would like you to have: Education or experience in refrigeration technology, heat pumps, or plumbing/HVAC Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability Experience in assembly and installation is a merit Ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner B-class driver's license
