Here you will take responsibility for the payroll process from start to finish for approximately 140 employees, both salaried staff and collectively employed workers. Your Employment Offer This is an assignment for you who want flexible scope and at the same time take clear responsibility within payroll. You are entering a situation where the payroll process is in place, but the organization needs an experienced person who can create security, quality, and continuity going forward. For the right person, there is the possibility to adjust the scope, where the assignment primarily covers payroll but can also be combined with other administrative or finance-related tasks if needed. You will work closely with finance and HR, with the opportunity for handover from the previous consultant and support from the organization on matters concerning approval, time reporting, and documentation. Your Tasks As a payroll consultant, you are responsible for the entire payroll process and ensure that salaries are correct, on time, and according to applicable procedures. This includes, among other things: Run payroll in Agda for approximately 140 employees Handle payroll from start to finish, from documentation to completed payroll run Review time reporting, approval flows, overtime, on-call work, absences, and discrepancies Handle expenses, receipts, and other payroll-related documentation Ensure reporting to authorities and other external parties Communicate with supervisors, HR, and finance on questions or discrepancies Contribute to order, structure, and quality in the payroll process There are collective agreements and some of the employees work in production with varying working hours, which means you need to be confident in both systems, agreements, and payroll handling for collectively employed workers. Things to Know This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by TNG during the assignment or enter as a subconsultant via your own company. The assignment is part-time and the scope can be adjusted based on your availability and experience. This could be approximately 50 to 70 percent, where a higher scope can be combined with other administrative or finance-related work. You need to be on-site at least one day per week, preferably more if needed, as physical presence creates security and simplifies communication with the organization. The assignment can start as soon as possible and there is an opportunity for handover from the previous consultant. Our Expectations We are looking for you who are an experienced payroll consultant, payroll specialist, or payroll administrator and who are confident in taking responsibility for the entire payroll process. You have very good experience with Agda and you know where to find reports, how the system is structured, and how you quality assure a payroll run. If you lack knowledge of Agda but have an easy time learning new systems, that is also of interest. You are used to working with collectively employed workers, salaried staff, time reporting, overtime, on-call work, absence, expenses, and reporting. Experience from production or operations with shift work is a merit. As a person, you are thorough, structured, and self-directed. You have the ability to discover discrepancies, ask the right questions, and create security in a process where details play a major role.
