Within our cleaning operations, we perform daily facility maintenance throughout the municipality at our departments, municipal companies, and associations. We also provide home cleaning services for care recipients and various other services within the cleaning field. We are now seeking cleaning specialists for our specialized cleaning team. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a cleaning specialist in our specialized cleaning team, you will have a varied position that includes window cleaning, major cleaning/floor care, and other cleaning assignments such as construction site cleaning, moving cleaning, infection control cleaning, and regular facility maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with documented experience in floor care for different types of flooring materials such as plastic, linoleum, stone, and wooden floors, as well as experience from professional window cleaning. The position may involve transporting materials between different sites and moving machines, so a Class B driver's license is a requirement. It is also an advantage if you have completed SRY or equivalent training in this field. Basic knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, as it is necessary to understand and handle chemicals and environmental aspects of the work. You will have daily contact with customers, staff, and other actors within the municipality, which requires social skills and experience working in a customer-oriented environment. Quality is a key principle for you in your work. As a person, you are organized and responsible. Since work tasks are often governed by circumstances and work pace varies, you need to be flexible and service-oriented, able to work independently, and have good planning and prioritization skills. We place great importance on personal qualities. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start 31/8 or by agreement. Working hours: Daytime.
