Ringhals is seeking personnel for MIAB to work within the energy sector during maintenance periods in our operations. In your role as a Facilities Attendant, you will plan, perform, follow up, and ensure quality in facilities maintenance for your assigned area during ongoing maintenance work in the operation. The role of Facilities Attendant involves customer contact, which places high demands on your sense of service with care—which is also MIAB's guiding principle. The customer operates a facility that is in operation 24 hours a day, so it will therefore be required that you have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. This means a rotating shift schedule. Swedish language is a requirement—you must be able to speak, read, and communicate in simple language. The customer operates a security-classified facility, so all candidates will need to undergo security vetting. See more information below about what this entails. The scope of the first maintenance work begins in week 19 and ends in week 29. Additional maintenance work is scheduled for weeks 36 through 42, which may provide additional opportunities to work during these periods. About You You are quality-conscious, orderly, responsible, and positive. You work well both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in facilities maintenance. SRY or equivalent training is a merit. Work Experience Requirement: 1–2 years of experience Languages Swedish (required), English (merit) Competencies Trade Certificate SRY or Trade Certificate PRYL (merit) Experience working at protected facilities (merit) Important Information! This is a security-classified operation, so all candidates undergo a background check. What is meant by security vetting? The customer's operation is a protected facility, and when working at such a place, you must undergo security vetting before employment begins. A security vetting consists of several steps: You need to submit certificates/grades that verify what you have done in the last five years and provide two references Security interview. During the security interview, we will review what you have done in the last five years, your financial situation, your family situation, and other relevant aspects for security-classified work. As a final step in the security vetting, a registry check is sent. The Swedish Security Service (SÄPO) conducts registry checks of persons placed in security classifications in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
