This role is perfect for you if you are organized, responsible, and experienced in an operation where a lot is happening. About the Position As a logistics coordinator, you have a central role in daily warehouse operations with a focus on incoming deliveries and goods flows. You are responsible for receiving and handling incoming goods correctly, verifying deliveries against documentation, and registering relevant information in the business system. The work involves both administrative and operational tasks, which requires strong planning skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You work closely with warehouse colleagues and other departments to ensure an efficient flow through the operation. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage incoming deliveries. Verify goods and delivery documentation. Register items and delivery information in the business system. Ensure that goods are placed and handled according to established procedures. Operate reach trucks as needed in connection with warehouse and incoming delivery work. Contribute to smooth and efficient warehouse flow. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, and takes responsibility for their work. You thrive in a role where you can combine administration with practical warehouse work and find it easy to maintain order even when workload is high. You have previous experience from warehouse or logistics operations and feel confident working independently. Experience with order handling or working in business systems is a plus. For this position, experience with both incoming deliveries and reach trucks is required. Qualifications Requirements Forklift certification A+B. Documented experience with reach trucks. Experience with incoming deliveries, outgoing deliveries, or similar warehouse work. Strong ability to plan and structure your work. Experience working independently. Desirable B driver's license. Other Information Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–15:00. Location: Kungsängen. Start: Immediately or by agreement. Scope: Full-time.
