The Security Forces Department contributes to meeting the Swedish Armed Forces' need for trained personnel within security forces service. The department trains future professional officers with a focus on security forces, personnel within protection and security services, as well as personnel within dog service. The department is in an expanding phase and we are now looking for a skilled logistics officer. Main Responsibilities The position as logistics officer largely involves working together with the department's adjutant to create conditions for maintenance, supply, and availability of the department's various systems and equipment. You support with orders, bookings, repairs, and when needed, you are quick to educate and develop our future professional officers in various aspects of logistics. Managing care, inventory, and needs assessment of equipment is a natural part of your role. Since this position is new, there are good opportunities to set your own mark. Qualifications Specialist Officer Diploma Category B Driver's License Meritorious Higher Class Driver's Licenses and Forklift Certification Knowledge of Swedish Armed Forces material processes and maintenance systems Logistics Training Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who finds stimulation in working in a supportive and condition-creating role.
