At Södra Wood Kinda, we are now looking for a logistics and planning manager who wants to take a key role in an operation facing a comprehensive development journey with major investments and changes. What you'll work with at Södra As a logistics and planning manager, you will have a central role in the development of Södra Wood Kinda and be part of the site management team. You are responsible for leading and developing work within logistics and planning, and for contributing to the operation moving toward shared goals and a more efficient way of working. You lead the logistics and planning team and create the conditions for well-functioning collaboration where clarity, participation, and accountability are important elements. Through your leadership, you contribute to a culture where people develop and improvements are driven together. In the role, you work closely with colleagues in production, maintenance, sales, and management to ensure functioning workflows and balanced production. You have an important function in translating plans and decisions into practical implementation and contributing to the continued development of the operation. Your main focus will include: Leading, coaching, and developing employees in logistics and planning Developing and improving working methods, processes, and workflows Ensuring functional planning and follow-up of production Collaborating cross-functionally to create coherence and efficiency in the operation Contributing to the operation's development through structure, improvement, and long-term thinking This is a permanent full-time position based in Kisa. We further see that you have: Experience with personnel responsibility in industry, production, logistics, or similar operations Experience in change management and business development Ability to develop teams and create engagement Experience with improvement work and structured approaches Post-secondary education in engineering, logistics, economics, or equivalent experience To succeed in the role, you need to combine clarity and decisiveness with attentiveness and trust.
