As a line manager, you are the closest support to the department manager and have operational responsibility for the team's daily work. You serve as the bridge between technology, people, and delivery, ensuring that work flows efficiently in ongoing projects. The role combines technical leadership, coordination, and people management, and is ideal for you if you want to take the next step from senior engineer or technical lead to a leadership role – without losing touch with technical reality. You do not have overall profit responsibility, but you are a key person for structure, prioritization, and team development. Because the role involves close collaboration with both team members, managers, and global project teams, personal qualities will be important in the recruitment.
