Lindboskolan is one of three F-6 schools in Hallstahammar town. The school is located in well-equipped facilities and has over 460 students distributed across three parallel classes. The school also has three after-school care departments. Each classroom has an associated group room, and the school's spacious playgrounds invite outdoor activities and are equipped with engaging play materials. Classes F-2 work in close collaboration with our after-school care facilities through school cooperation, where after-school educators enter the classrooms and lead various activities. Lindboskolan conducts active student welfare work where our student welfare team consisting of special educators, a counselor, a school nurse, and principals guide staff in daily work. At Lindboskolan, we continuously work to develop our learning environment and adapt it to each student's learning needs. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who holds a teaching degree and is qualified to teach at the upper elementary level. You have the ability to lead and motivate students and create a safe and educational classroom environment with engaged and involved learners. Your leadership is characterized by clarity and structure. For the work to be successful, you need good collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships, as good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues are fundamental to the work. You must be able to adapt your teaching based on results, evaluations, and individual student needs. To achieve this, you need a good understanding of how different students acquire knowledge and the ability to adjust your teaching approach at both group and individual levels. You understand the importance of working toward the school's overall goals and following established routines, guidelines, and decisions, and you work loyally for the benefit of the organization.
