JOB DUTIES As a nurse in Ljungby Municipality's home healthcare service, you will have a varied and developmental workday with the opportunity for personal meetings with patients in their home environment, both in regular and special housing. You will independently plan your work shifts within your team. As a nurse, you will provide home care and work within all aspects of the nursing process. You will collaborate with various professionals within municipal and regional operations. Patient education, guidance for family members, and supervision of care personnel are a significant part of your work. Schedule: Preferred schedule. Day, evening, and weekend shifts (every 5th weekend) QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a licensed registered nurse • Have good computer skills and a valid driver's license (category B) • Speak, understand, and write Swedish fluently We highly value a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and an empathetic approach with the patient at the center. We also see that you can work independently, are solution-oriented, can make your own assessments, are organized, and can adapt to changing circumstances. It is a merit if you are a district nurse or have specialist training in palliative care or elderly care, but this is not required. Employment type: Permanent employment.
