Are you a licensed physician looking to develop within primary care? We at Onsala Primary Care Center are now seeking a dedicated and responsible physician on a temporary contract to strengthen our team. With us, you'll have the chance to grow and develop in your role. If we're a good fit for each other, there are opportunities for a specialist training (ST) position in general medicine in the future. About the Position We're looking for someone interested in the breadth of the specialist field of general medicine who can envision a future within primary care, as the temporary contract may transition to an ST position. Your service time as a temporary physician will count if you obtain an ST position. Your work is varied, as you will meet both children and elderly patients in both scheduled and acute care settings. You will meet our patients both in person and digitally. It's important to us that healthcare is patient-focused and provided at the appropriate care level, as our patients have different needs and conditions. You will be offered regular supervision by a specialist in general medicine. We have experienced supervisors and close collaboration with training units to ensure your professional development. About Us Onsala Primary Care Center, located approximately one mile outside the town center of Kungsbacka, is a pleasant and well-established primary care center with approximately 10,200 registered patients. We are about 45 employees who provide quality care with the patient in focus. The center also operates three nursing homes. Good service is important to us, and we value a good work environment and high job satisfaction! Together, we are the obvious choice for our residents when they need primary care. In addition to providing quality care, we also offer health promotion and disease prevention services. The center operates a lab, child health clinic (BVC), district nurse clinic, and specialist clinics in asthma/COPD and diabetes. We also have a rehabilitation team at Onsala Primary Care Center. In the same building, you'll also find a pharmacy and dental care. You can easily get here by car or public transportation, and free parking is available. About You We're primarily looking for someone who has: Swedish medical license with approved knowledge of the Swedish language Completed AT service Perhaps you've started ST at another location or region? Previous work experience, preferably from a primary care center A genuine interest in primary care and general medicine work Are communicative, responsible, and have good collaboration skills The center is open weekdays 8 AM–5 PM. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
