You work independently and alternately with clinic work. Guidance is provided by an experienced specialist who will support you and facilitate knowledge exchange. We offer you varied work with excellent development opportunities. About You You are a licensed physician with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare and have an interest in primary care and completing specialty training (ST) in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. B-class driver's license is required. We are looking for someone who is attentive and has excellent patient communication skills, as you will meet many different patients at the health center. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while also contributing with engagement and initiative to the development of the clinic. You enjoy teamwork and collaborate willingly with colleagues and partners to together create a healthcare environment characterized by quality, trust, and care. This position is a 6-month locum, with possible extension and specialty training (ST) opportunities. For those who trained as a physician abroad and have not completed AT in Sweden to obtain physician licensure, the new regulations regarding Base Service (Bastjänstgöring) starting July 1, 2021 apply. Base Service for Physicians (BT) is a mandatory initial part of specialty training under the new ST-2021 regulation (HSLF-FS 2021:8).
