Blanka Ängar Preschool is centrally located in Mönsterås town center in a calm and peaceful environment. The preschool has three departments with a large outdoor area where we can be together or split up. We have access to a beautiful nature area in the surrounding area that offers varied nature as well as waterways with rich bird life. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The role as preschool teacher involves a specific pedagogical responsibility to plan, implement, observe, document, and evaluate education based on the School Act, curriculum, and Mönsterås Municipality's guidelines. We work with challenging learning where challenge, mindset, feedback, dialogue, and transitions are important concepts for learning. Over the next two years, we will participate in a project, Language in Different Environments, together with Linnaeus University. We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and can contribute to development with the child at the center. You should provide each child with secure pedagogical care and promote all children's development and learning. We work exploratively and investigatively in longer projects together with the children where we take advantage of a flow of the children's thoughts and experiences. As a preschool teacher, you shall be responsible for ensuring that each child has real influence over working methods and content in accordance with Lpfö 18, revised 2025. You should have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills, be able to see opportunities and solutions. You should feel comfortable creating good relationships with children, guardians, colleagues, and other collaboration partners.
