Your Tasks Right now we are looking for nursing assistants for our team in Lund. Your main responsibilities as a nursing assistant at Abello Home Care include: maintaining a professional approach, which means you always deliver high quality care and interaction. being flexible and development-oriented. taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate. working independently with care plans working as a dedicated care contact documenting daily in Lifecare and other documentation systems you are the crucial link. We work based on a care coordinator model where you, working with our clients, should make it easy to stay in contact with us, both for the client and their relatives and others around the client. Your tasks include personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal assistance, transfers, medication delegation and creating care plans. This position involves "evening shifts" which means working afternoons/evenings, as well as working afternoons/evenings every other weekend. Your Profile / Merits Licensed nursing assistant - please attach your protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Driver's License Category B, but it is also good if you can cycle. Arabic-speaking Education in dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation or end-of-life care.
