We are looking for a Licensed Nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare and experience working with home healthcare in ordinary residential settings. We prefer that you have at least 2-4 years of experience in this field and excellent collaboration skills. You must be fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and ideally speak one or more additional languages. You should focus on the individual, understand their needs, and be flexible in supporting their decisions. Your main duties as a Licensed Nurse in Abello Home Healthcare will include: maintain a professional approach, meaning you always deliver high-quality care and service. document in Lifecare to ensure we maintain high quality and reliable service delivery. Digital signing of HSL interventions occurs in APPVA to ensure good care and support. be flexible and development-oriented. take personal responsibility and have the ability to collaborate. Experience and knowledge of the Lifecare documentation system is a merit. work hours are scheduled weekdays, normally 7-16.
