Your work consists mainly of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations with customer employees. We are looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to make a difference in people's daily lives through individual conversation support. You deliver both digitally and physically to local and national customers across many industries; private and public sector, large and small operations, which provides interesting diversity in the role. You work cross-functionally with occupational physicians, occupational nurses, behavioral specialists, physiotherapists, and others who work together with our customers and their employees toward good results. You will work with, among other things: Support conversations and conversation treatment with a focus on rehabilitation Counseling of individuals and groups Conflict management and management support Psychosocial work environment issues Assessments Training Qualifications: Licensed psychologist with interest and experience working with interventions related to work-related ill health Experience with individual conversations, training, and groups Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written Good computer skills and interest, preferably experience, in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods Meriting factors: Experience from corporate health or private healthcare provider Further education within or experience in the field of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment Experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and together with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to take on the consultant role by, among other things, developing expertise in new areas that customers request and working creatively with them for the best results.
