We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our operations over time. As an occupational therapist, you will be involved in developing rehabilitation services in Emmaboda Municipality. We offer you varied, engaging, and stimulating work. The goal is to stay ahead of the curve and provide increased participation and security to patients in their daily lives. You are responsible for assessment, implementation, and follow-up of occupational therapy interventions, as well as fitting and prescribing assistive devices in both ordinary and special housing. You prioritize and organize your workday both independently and together with your colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS Emmaboda Municipality's municipal primary care rehabilitation service is now seeking two occupational therapists—one permanent position and a one-year temporary position with the possibility of extension. Scope: Full-time for both positions. We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with a humble attitude. Experience is great, but the right mindset is even more important to us. It is valuable that you have a holistic perspective, long-term thinking, and solid creativity and the ability to see each individual's specific needs. You must possess good collaborative skills and have confidence in the knowledge and competence of different professions. You have the ability to work both independently and in collaboration. We value a flexible working approach and the ability to see the bigger picture and from that perspective quickly adapt to the needs and continuous changes of the operation.
