JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you who, in calm, well-adapted facilities, wants to work closely with students and create conditions for learning for those who need smaller settings and individualized instruction. With us, you will meet a small student group, engaged colleagues, and a calm learning environment where relationships, structure, and quality are in focus. The work includes: • Planning • Implementing and following up on instruction based on curriculum guidelines • Adapting and individualizing instruction • Creating clear structure • Using visual supports and other support structures as a natural part of the school day • Collaborating with student welfare services, guardians, and colleagues • Contributing to the development of the operations QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a certified teacher for grades 4-6 or 7-9, preferably with broad subject qualifications • Have interest in, education in, or experience with NPF/autism spectrum • Are secure, flexible, and relationship-building • Thrive in close collaboration in small teams • Have the ability to create structure and clarity in instruction • Believe that all students want to succeed • Continuously try to find ways for students to succeed and work so they have opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge in different ways If you have special education competence or experience from similar operations, this is a merit, but commitment, ability to collaborate, and willingness to develop weigh heavily. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-08-01. Start date to be agreed upon.
