Teaching in combination programs and language-supporting instruction for employees at companies may be part of the assignment. Work Tasks Your main task is to teach Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) and Swedish as a Second Language at basic level. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and follow-up of instruction based on curricula and grading criteria, as well as work with assessment and documentation. Instruction can also take place within combination programs and in collaboration with employers, where language is linked to vocational contexts. As part of a work team, you actively contribute to the development of the organization and to good collaboration with colleagues. The assignment involves significant professional responsibility and active participation in pedagogical development work. Qualifications You have a teaching degree with certification and eligibility to teach Swedish for Immigrants (SFI). Eligibility in Swedish as a Second Language at basic or upper secondary level is meritorious, as is eligibility in an additional subject. Experience teaching SFI is desirable. It is also meritorious if you have experience with: Combination programs Teaching in workplace-based learning or in collaboration with employers Flexible learning and digital instruction Teaching in heterogeneous groups We work in teams and are seeking a person who complements the work team and contributes to the continued development of the organization.
