We are looking for you with a particular interest in meeting students in need of a smaller setting, who like to be challenged and think innovatively – and who see differences and diversity as a foundation for learning and development. 1 position(s). DUTIES In your role as a teacher in the special education group, you work closely with other educators in the group and maintain close and trusting contact with both students and guardians. You also collaborate in the school's student welfare team and maintain close contact with teachers in the regular classrooms. You are responsible for planning, implementing, grading, and assessing students in the special education group. You document and evaluate interventions for the students you work with. The work includes participating in developing individual plans, with the aim of gradually helping the student approach and return to the regular classroom environment. By identifying, analyzing, and removing obstacles, you contribute to enabling positive school experiences for the student. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a teacher's degree with qualification for grades F-6 and other subjects, or alternatively previous training as a grades 1-7 teacher. Knowledge and/or experience with NPF work is a merit. You are a secure adult and a clear leader in the classroom. Being a role model and creating a good atmosphere in the student group and work team is self-evident to you. You have the ability to create structure and adapt instruction based on individuals' needs. You are attentive, take responsibility, are engaged and creative. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where particularly cooperation skills, approach in relational situations, and ability to create security and motivation for students are of importance.
