Fröviskolan 7–9 is seeking an engaged and solution-focused teacher who wants to work with students in need of specialized support in a small teaching setting. The assignment involves taking responsibility for a small student group where students require a high degree of structure, clarity, and accommodations to succeed in their education. As a teacher in the program, you will be an important adult who creates safety, motivation, and a conducive learning environment. You work closely with student welfare services, guardians, and school leadership to provide students with the best possible conditions to develop academically and socially. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES • Plan, conduct, and follow up instruction in small groups. • Adapt instruction based on students' individual needs and circumstances. • Serve as a mentor and important contact person for students. • Participate in mapping, intervention programs, and follow-up work. • Collaborate with student welfare teams, guardians, and teaching staff. • Work to strengthen student attendance, motivation, and goal achievement. • Contribute to creating a safe, structured, and predictable learning environment. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications We are looking for you if you: • Are a certified teacher with certification in multiple subjects, preferably Swedish and Social Studies. • Have experience teaching at middle or secondary level. • Have good knowledge of NPF and inclusive learning environments. • Are comfortable meeting students with complex needs. • Have strong ability to build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. • Are flexible, solution-oriented, and work in a structured manner. It is advantageous if you have: • Special education training or experience. • Experience working with adapted study programs. • Experience working with students with high school absenteeism. • Experience with low-affect approaches.
