Primary School Teacher Grades 1-3 for a small teaching group with students in need of special support Do you want to make a real difference in students' lives – every day? We are now looking for a dedicated primary school teacher (Grades 1-3) for a small teaching group for students with various disabilities. You will work with a small group of students where instruction is adapted to each individual's needs, abilities, and strengths. The focus is on creating a safe, structured, and meaningful learning environment where students have the opportunity to develop both academically and socially. Work is conducted in close collaboration with special educators at Adapted Primary School, student support services, and other staff. Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and follow up on instruction based on students' individual needs Create a clear and predictable daily structure Work with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) when needed Collaborate with guardians and other professionals such as Hab, Syncentralen, and Hearing Care Services Work closely with Adapted Primary School and regular primary schools Contribute to the development of students with various disabilities Qualifications Certified primary school teacher for Grades 1-3 Experience working with students in need of special support is an asset Strong ability to individualize instruction Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities is an asset Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident, patient, and relationship-oriented. You are flexible, responsive, and have a strong belief in all students' potential to develop. You also have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
