Department Information This position belongs to the Security Unit at the Training Center. The Security Unit contributes to meeting the Swedish Armed Forces' need for trained personnel within security service. The unit trains future professional officers specializing in security units, personnel within protection and surveillance services, as well as personnel within dog services. The unit is in an expansion phase and we are now seeking skilled instructors. Primary Responsibilities Depending on your background, interests, and operational needs, you will be placed in the Operations, Special Operations Unit (SOU), or Protection/Surveillance section. Regardless of section, your role as an instructor will largely involve planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing training—either individually or together with other instructors or dog officers. This will be for either our future professional officers or for course participants attending one of our vocational and position courses. Security service is broad in scope, which is also reflected in our instructional activities and courses. Qualifications Professional Officer Category B Driver's License Meritorious Experience from security units Experience from IBSS and transport security Intelligence/security training Good ability to organize SUSA Pedagogical training Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who finds fulfillment in seeing other people grow.
