Job Responsibilities You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in Music at the intermediate level, in accordance with Lgr22 and other governing documents. Depending on your qualifications, teaching in other subjects may also be relevant. Your responsibilities include planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction both individually and in collaboration with work teams and other colleagues. An important part of the work is systematically monitoring students' learning progress. You work according to current procedures for individual development plans and written feedback. You work to create a classroom environment where all students can succeed based on their individual abilities. In consultation with the student support team, you also work to implement relevant interventions for students who need additional support. You are also responsible for maintaining good oversight and care of your students' school day and social situation as a whole, which may involve contact with other agencies and authorities. Qualifications We are seeking someone who holds teaching certification and is qualified to teach Music at the intermediate level. You have the ability to lead and motivate students and create a safe and educational classroom environment with engaged and participatory students. Your leadership is characterized by clarity and structure. For the work to be successful, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to build relationships, as good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues are fundamental to the work. You need to be able to adapt your instruction based on results, evaluations, and individual student needs. To achieve this, you need a good understanding of how different students learn and the ability to adjust your teaching approach at both group and individual levels. Work as a teacher requires that you possess personal maturity and the ability to distinguish between personal and professional matters. You also need to be stable and composed in stressful or pressured situations, and be flexible with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You understand the importance of working toward the school's overall goals and following established procedures, guidelines, and decisions, and you work loyally for the benefit of the organization. Experience working in teams and teaching experience are important. We would also appreciate your knowledge and experience working with Office programs, as these are used frequently in the work. If teaching certification is lacking, a candidate with other relevant experience may be hired. Employment Type: Permanent position.
