Together, drawing on our different competencies, we become best for our students. Responsibilities In this role, you're responsible for instruction within your qualifications and the school's needs. With your experience and expertise, the position will involve close collaboration with colleagues throughout the school. The role includes: Mentoring students in grade 6 together with a colleague. Responsibility for pedagogical planning, instruction, evaluation, pedagogical documentation, and assessments. Systematic work to develop instruction based on the group's needs. Creating good learning and accessible learning environments for students, both in groups and individually. Team work occurs both with colleagues in the same grade level and in the grade 4-6 work team. We create teams where everyone contributes to the whole based on their competencies, support each other collegially, and share knowledge, ideas, and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Is a certified teacher for grades 4-6 with qualifications in Swedish and Social Studies, though we'd like to see broad teaching credentials. Creates varied and inclusive instruction that makes a difference for students.
