We are the municipality's only secondary school, and students come to us from the four primary schools (grades 1-6) in the municipality. You are expected to collaborate with colleagues on planning and evaluating student learning outcomes, and you will be part of a grade-level team and a subject team. The school has year-group based teams. Mentorship with a colleague is part of your responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Teaching certification with authorization to teach German and Swedish for grades 7-9, or a degree that qualifies for teaching certification Meritorious: • Authorization to teach another subject You are characterized by being dedicated, positive, flexible, and having the ability to see students' potential. You need to be able to adapt your teaching to students' circumstances and have a willingness to develop professionally.
