Tierp is a municipality with an organization of the right size for someone who wants to be close to their manager, colleagues, decision-makers, and customers. WORK DUTIES You will teach German in grades 7-9. A teaching role at our school includes working in teams with collaboration, joint planning, and collaborative assessment, as well as actively participating in the school's development work. The school's core values are - Safety, Responsibility, Respect, and Empathy. These core values should form the basis of everything we do and plan. The school staff have the responsibility to create conditions and clarify what expectations exist for students and their behavior, as well as what expectations students can have of us adults on staff. To achieve this, we have chosen to work with IBIS (Inclusive Behavior Support in School). Another important part of the work is our Language and Knowledge Development approach - SKUA. The goal is for us to implement methods and working approaches that will be used across all subjects in the school to give students better knowledge and higher academic results. The school has developed various support systems and works to provide students with the support they need to succeed. In this work, we have created a foundation of general adaptations for students to benefit from, whether it is necessary to succeed or simply makes things easier for the student. Clarity is one of the areas we have emphasized, and therefore one of the things we use is a framework model for how planning, lessons, and evaluation/assessment should work as a structure for how students can be expected to encounter when they come to lessons. QUALIFICATIONS Completed an authorized teacher education program. Qualification to teach and assess German. You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and acknowledge others' contributions. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and roles. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You are good at setting goals, organizing resources, following up, and completing activities. You have the ability to adapt to changed circumstances. You encourage and support change initiatives. You find it easy to adapt your behavior in relation to other people's needs. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer. Working hours: Daytime.
