JOB RESPONSIBILITIES This role involves teaching our students in grades three, four, and five in textile crafts. To create better conditions for students and you as a teacher, instruction is conducted in half-classes. The school has several crafts teachers, which enables collaboration and developing the subject together. As a teacher, you plan your instruction based on the curriculum and communicate your knowledge in the subject. You actively work to create an inclusive and inspiring instruction that motivates students. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a teacher's degree and teacher certification with qualifications in textile crafts. We would like to see that you have experience teaching based on LGR22. You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good IT skills since you will use digital tools as part of your instruction. You have good subject knowledge and the ability to pedagogically communicate this in the classroom. It is important that you have a good understanding of students' different conditions and are good at adapting your instruction accordingly. You are good at communicating and building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You base your work on proven experience grounded in current research.
