The school has three work teams, each with a principal, special educator, specialist teacher, recreation leader, and several dedicated educators and student assistants. Stenbocksskolan seeks a teacher for grades 7-9 who, based on qualifications, conducts instruction and contributes to ensuring our students experience meaningful contexts, good relationships, joy, and participation. The instruction covers all grade levels, and you share class teacher responsibilities with a colleague. Each class consists of approximately 25 students. The position includes both subject instruction and active participation in the school's development work. You are part of both a subject team and a work team, where collaboration, joint planning, and collegial learning are central aspects of our approach. We work with clear structures and systematic follow-up to create the best possible conditions for each student's learning and development. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who: • Has teacher education and is qualified to teach Spanish in all three grade levels. • Has experience teaching at the middle school level (meriting consideration). • Has the ability to lead and inspire groups of young people. • Is confident, clear, and a natural leader in the classroom. • Is solution-focused, structured, and quality-conscious. • Has strong commitment to school development and wants to contribute to our shared educational journey. • Understands the importance of individual accommodations and meets each student according to their individual needs. • Has good collaborative skills while being independent in your teaching. • Easily builds good relationships with both students and colleagues. We value that you have personal and professional maturity that makes you stand firm in your role, while being open to collegial learning and development.
