The school is organized into two work teams and several subject teams. The Position and Responsibilities In your role as a music teacher for grades 5-9, you will work to develop students' knowledge and skills based on the curriculum and considering each student's unique needs and circumstances. With us, you plan teaching by setting clear goals, choosing effective methods and materials, and preparing inspiring lessons. You conduct assessments and provide feedback on students' performance and progress. You see it as a matter of course to promote a positive learning climate where students feel seen and heard. As a form tutor, you work together with a colleague to have a comprehensive overview of students' development. As a teacher with us, you are also part of continuous learning. Together with the students, you evaluate the teaching to improve both their learning and your own pedagogical development. You will also participate in the school's development work and actively contribute to the school environment and community. Qualifications and Competencies We are looking for someone with teacher certification and qualifications to teach music in grades 5-9. We value strong pedagogical ability, where you can create an educational and stimulating environment for our students. As a teacher, you are calm, secure, stable, and have students and their goal achievement in focus. In the classroom, you have clear leadership where you can also convey your expectations to students in a good way. We also see that within your subject area you have the ability and willingness to develop the subject together with colleagues in cross-curricular work forms. It is important that you have good collaboration skills, where you listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. You are expected to have good IT skills to be able to participate in the school's continued digital journey, and you are curious and driven in the development of the operations. We would like to see that you are a person who shares values such as community and commitment, and that you are willing to contribute to the development of our school and students' future.
