There are also four introductory programs and three programs in adapted gymnasium education. Approximately 110 gymnasium students live in the student residence during the week. JOB DUTIES We are seeking a gymnasium teacher qualified in mathematics. The position involves teaching in our vocational programs, mentorship, and participation in a work team. The work includes planning, instruction, and evaluation and development of pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's governing documents. You will work together with other staff to ensure students receive the best possible development in terms of knowledge, values, and social skills. It is important that you start from the student's needs, circumstances, and experiences, and that you strengthen each student's self-confidence and motivation to learn. As an employee in the school sector, you must uphold, communicate, and anchor respect for human rights and the fundamental democratic values that Swedish society is built upon. You are expected to plan, implement, document, and evaluate instruction. Together with your work team, you will develop both your own teaching and your collective work. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed gymnasium teacher qualified in mathematics. Previous experience working with gymnasium vocational programs is a merit. You have an open and friendly approach, good collaboration skills, and prioritize building good relationships with your students. We value that you are goal-oriented, have strong pedagogical ability, and can inspire and engage students. You are driven, curious, solution-oriented, flexible, and actively work to help each student develop as far as possible based on their circumstances. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
