DUTIES We are now seeking a primary school teacher for grades 7–9 in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. The role includes mentorship together with a mentor colleague for a class of students. Your role also includes being part of a teaching team, where we work together to develop instruction and plan and follow up on work based on the curriculum and the municipality's and organization's goals. We allocate time and resources for collaborative learning that occurs both in subject groups and in teaching teams. We work to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the teaching group. This means providing students with individual support based on their conditions and needs, as well as creating motivation through meaningful learning and entrepreneurship. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher in two or more subjects within mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. Further, we see that you: • Are flexible, engaged, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people according to their conditions. • Have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to develop your instruction. • Are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. • Work well in collaboration but can also take own initiative and make independent decisions in your work situation.
