JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a primary school teacher for grades 7–9 in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. The position includes mentorship together with a mentor colleague for a class of students. In your role, you will also be part of a work team, where we together work to develop teaching and plan and follow up work based on the curriculum and the municipality's and operation's goals. We allocate time and resources for collegial learning that occurs both in subject teams and in work teams. We work to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the teaching group. This means providing students with individual support based on their conditions and needs, as well as creating motivation through value-creating learning and entrepreneurship. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who is a certified teacher in two or more subjects within mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. Further, we see that you: • Are flexible, engaged, and have a great interest in educating and developing young people according to their conditions. • Have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to develop your teaching. • Are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. • Find it easy to collaborate, but can also take your own initiative and make your own decisions in your work situation. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Experience is a merit. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-13, end date: 2027-06-22.
