We are now looking for a teacher with certification to teach grades 7–9 in mathematics and physical education. We have good connections by train/bus to the school from nearby towns. The school has operations from preschool class through grade 9. This fall, we have a new management organization with a principal for K–9, an assistant principal for 7–9, one for 4–6, and one for K–3. We have a large and pleasant schoolyard with green areas, forest sections, a soccer field, and playgrounds. At Skogstorp School 7–9, approximately 350 students will study this fall, divided into four units and a study workshop. Each work team has close collaboration with the school's student welfare services as well as management and meets regularly during the term. 1 position(s). DUTIES • Plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction in grades 7–9 in accordance with the school's governing documents, individually and in work teams. • You actively participate in developing successful learning environments together with others at the school. • You are responsible together with others in your work team for planning, conducting, evaluating, and documenting instruction for students. • Mentoring is included. QUALIFICATIONS Certified teacher with teacher certification with a focus on grades 7–9. • You have a positive view of people and have the ability to create good relationships as well as the ability to prevent and resolve conflicts. • You are thorough, flexible, and responsive to students' needs and enjoy working with young people. • You are a good classroom leader with clarity in communication, goals, and results.
