Njurunda friskola is an F-9 school with an attached after-school program. The school is centrally located in Njurundabommen, approximately 20 kilometers south of Sundsvall. Njurunda friskola has been under its current ownership since 2012. Despite the school's growth over the years, we have maintained the feeling of our former "smallness," and most people here know each other well, both across grade levels and work teams. We view it as very important to create good relationships with our students. We are seeking a teacher certified in Home and Consumer Studies for grades 6-9. You naturally have strong subject knowledge, but if you also feel you are a skilled classroom leader who makes teaching both challenging and engaging, that's a plus. The position is 50% full-time. The position can be increased to more than 50% if you have certification in additional subjects such as Music, Handicrafts, and Art. We will conduct interviews on a rolling basis throughout the application period (until June 26).
