JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will work as a teacher in the after-school program combined with teaching duties during school hours in grades F-3, which will be planned based on the needs of the activities in combination with your skills and experience. You will also serve as a recess supervisor and lead recess activities. You are part of a team where you are responsible for, together with your colleagues, planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational work within the after-school program. You are well-versed in the after-school program's curriculum and experienced in working with current goals and quality standards in after-school operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with certification as an after-school program teacher. To succeed in this position, you need good knowledge of the school's and after-school program's governing documents as well as the primary school curriculum. Your leadership is clear and you have good communication and collaboration skills and can build relationships with both students, colleagues, and parents. As a teacher in the after-school program, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work, and you have strong commitment to being involved in conducting quality work within the after-school program.
