We are now seeking an engaged and competent afterschool teacher for Åsa School Grades F-3. The role of teacher with us As an afterschool teacher, you will help develop a safe, stimulating, and educational program where students' entire day is in focus. You work both in the afterschool program and in collaboration with the school's other operations. Together with colleagues, you plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction in accordance with the curriculum. Your responsibilities include: Plan and deliver instruction in the afterschool program Collaborate with teachers and other staff during the school day Contribute to students' social and academic development Create a safe and inclusive environment for all students Participate in systematic quality improvement work Your profile You find it easy to build relationships and collaborate with others. You are flexible, creative, and solution-focused, and see opportunities even when circumstances change. With a clear focus on students and an inclusive approach, you work to ensure that all students feel included, develop, and reach their full potential. You express yourself well in Swedish orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is given considerable weight. In the longer term, the program will move into a newly built school, Ölmevalla School, which is expected to be ready in approximately two years.
