We are looking for an engaged and creative teacher in the after-school program with qualifications in home economics who wants to help shape meaningful leisure time for our students. Together with colleagues in both after-school care and in school, we work together to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children. We would like to see that you have experience with diabetes. Together we create our learning environment and culture based on Vittra's pedagogical approach. Vittra Gerdsken is located by Lake Gerdsken in Alingsås. The school is located in a beautiful green area with the opportunity to visit both forest and several lovely walking paths. The school is in an older building that was formerly a factory but is now renovated to suit school activities. We also have the privilege of having both preschool and primary school in the same facilities, and with us children can start in preschool and go all the way to grade 9. We work to create Alingsås's healthiest preschool and primary school and believe strongly in working together for higher goal achievement. We offer: Learning and development form the direction for all planned activities and we work systematically to follow up the quality of everything we do. Therefore, we meet regularly in collegial discussions to discuss teaching. Students are our most important collaboration partners and are constantly present in our development work. This means that it is always we teachers who are responsible for both the teaching and the pedagogical relationship, but everything we do happens in interaction with the students. We have high expectations of ourselves and our collective work, which is based on collegial learning and children's individual needs.
