JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Malungsfors School is seeking a teacher for grades F-3. Malungsfors School has approximately 30 students and 5 staff members. The school is organized in B-form. We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades F-3 based on experience. You need basic qualifications and also qualifications in physical education and health as well as music. The work involves planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching and students' learning. You take an active role and develop the activities together with the entire school team. In our pedagogical framework, which encompasses everything from interaction, accessibility, motivation, and collaboration to a holistic perspective, the student is always at the center! You maintain close cooperation with parents/guardians of students and other important people in students' networks. You participate and are driving in pedagogical meetings together with both colleagues at school and other collaboration partners. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and who has strong faith in students' competence and is passionate about developing every student. You are positive and solution-focused. You work well with students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals around the students. You have strong motivation for learning and preferably knowledge of special education that motivates students to learn. You have teacher certification. As a person, you are organized, unpretentious, and flexible. You have clear and calm interaction with others. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths and to manage and follow up on activities based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and financial framework. You need to be able to think outside the box, be resourceful, brave, and imaginative. If you also have good knowledge of reading instruction and have worked with students with NPF diagnoses, students in social difficulties, and have special education in your training, you might be the one we're looking for.
