The Workplace Nordmalings Municipality has primary schools in central Nordmaling and in the villages of Lögdeå and Gräsmyr. The Role and Responsibilities As a teacher in F–3, you are responsible for teaching and students' knowledge development in the early school years. The work includes, among other things: - Class responsibility. - Plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum. - Work with fundamental skills. - Assess and document students' knowledge as well as conduct development meetings and write reports. - Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes students' social and academic development. - Adapt teaching based on students' different needs and circumstances. - Parent contacts. - Collaborate with, for example, colleagues, student welfare, and guardians. - Participate in the school's development work and meetings. Your Profile We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher F-3. Teacher certification is a requirement. Previous experience working in F-3 is meritorious, as is experience working in teams. Important qualities for this work are flexibility, ability to cooperate, and the ability to build good relationships with other people. You should be able to work independently, but also have great ability to work together with others. We expect you to contribute ideas and be actively involved in developing the operation in a positive direction. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
