DUTIES Teacher for grades 4-6 Certification in mathematics, science, Swedish, and English We are seeking an engaged and certified teacher for teaching grades 4-6. The position includes planning, implementation, and follow-up of instruction as well as mentoring for a group of students. You will actively work to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. Duties The position includes: *Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction in mathematics, science, and English according to current curriculum guidelines. *Adapt instruction based on students' different needs and abilities. *Assess, document, and monitor students' progress in learning. *Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide grades in accordance with curriculum documents. *Be responsible for development meetings and written documentation related to students' learning. *Serve as mentor for a group of students and support students' academic, social, and personal development. *Maintain regular contact and cooperation with guardians. *Collaborate with colleagues, student support services, and school leadership to promote student learning and well-being. *Actively participate in the work team's and school's collective development efforts. *Contribute to a safe and academically focused school environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: *Is a certified teacher with certification to teach grades 4-6. *Has certification in science, mathematics, and English. *Has good knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and documentation. *Has the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. *Is organized, responsible, and solution-oriented. *Has an inclusive approach and clear classroom leadership. *Sees collaboration as a natural part of the role.
