Your primary task is to work together with colleagues in work teams and subject groups to challenge students in their learning and, through relational leadership, support students in their knowledge development toward established goals. In addition to planning, implementing, and evaluating your teaching, you will work with colleagues in work teams and subject groups to develop the school based on prioritized development areas. Who Are You? You are a certified teacher with authorization to teach grades 4-6 in Math/Science. We are looking for someone who is well acquainted with the subject's purpose, competencies, and knowledge requirements, and is well versed in the school's knowledge perspective and values-based mission. You have strong knowledge and competence within digital and formative learning processes. You are interested in working with language development methods in the multilingual classroom. You have the ability to motivate and create learning and learning environments characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. For this position, the monthly salary is between 38,000 and 43,000 kr, depending on experience, education, and competence.
